This is the Liberace of holiday wreaths. It’s shiny and sparkly and over the top, but I love it so much. It’s in a small hallway in my bedroom and every time I see it, it reminds me of spending time with my teenager, making this together.
We were gifted some high-end ingredients from Balsam Hill to help this come together, but it can be replicated with items from your local craft store. A few things are attached by wire, but most of this is held together using a very basic glue gun. I had little faith that a glue gun would be strong enough to keep the items on for a few minutes, let alone the drive home, but all hail the might glue, because this stuff is stuck on tight.
We had about 40 minutes to put this together and much of that time was spent trying to find a plug for the glue gun and then trying to salvage a somewhat broken ornament that I loved. We didn’t win the best wreath contest, but then we didn’t expect to. We were just happy to be in the mix.
