Stanford Shopping Center and Discovery Museum Host Fun Lab

W_238694Everyone is getting into making, including the Stanford Shopping Center with a kids club fun lab event happening this Saturday. With help from The Discovery Museum of San Jose, the Simon Kidgits Club will have materials on hand for kids to design a windmill pinwheel, build a springboard catapult, create a Wibbly Wobbly, and more.

The event aims to be a fun learning experience while exploring simple machines and concepts. The event is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Center Pavilion and is free for Kidgits members and is $5 for nonmembers.

The cost of joining Kidgits is a $5 annual fee, which makes signing up worth it, especially because it includes retailer discounts that may come in handy for mom and dad.
