Children’s Champions Charity Event at Stanford This Saturday

The Children’s Champions event is happening at Stanford this Saturday and proceeds benefit the Wender Weis Foundation to help at-risk children in the Bay Area develop social, emotional, and physical life skills.

The family-friendly event will include sports drills, games, arts and crafts, and opportunities to take photos with the athletes and team mascots. Fit Kids is a event partner, which reaches out to kids in underserved communities to inspire a love of sports and fitness, leading to a healthy lifestyle.

Children’s tickets start at $50, with a family of five option for $250. The main event is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a VIP program beginning earlier. To see pricing and purchase tickets, visit the Eventbrite page.
