Giveaway: Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer

Summer break is here in the Bay Area.  Thank goodness the weather has finally turned from June-uary to June.  Even with the swimming at the pool, free afternoons playing with the kids across the street, and endless hours playing Wii, I know that come Monday I’ll already have to start hearing “Moooooooom, I’m bored.”  By the end of the month, I’m pretty much guaranteed to start my count-down to the start of the new school year.

In celebration of having a not-bummer summer, Silicon Valley Mamas is giving away the new classic book that is hitting the theaters this weekend.  Six (yes, that’s 6!) lucky winners will win Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer book.  Now, I haven’t read the book yet… but I plan on handing it to my seven year old when he starts complaining of having NOTHING TO DO. He won’t even realize that by doing a little fun reading, he’ll also be preventing the Summer slide where kids forget all that they learned just weeks before.  Double win for mom!

How to enter our Un-Bummer of a Summer Giveaway:

  • Tell us your best (or worst) Summer vacation memory.  Don’t forget to leave a valid email address so that we can contact you if you win.

For extra entries (each extra entry should be it’s own comment to qualify):

Winner will be chosen at random and notified via email.  This giveaway is open to residents of the United States.
