How to Help San Bruno Fire Victims

We all watched the news in horror last night as a fire ripped through part of San Bruno, violently altering the lives of many families. The fire was the talk of school drop offs, as moms asked each other what they would do with only moments to react, and many asked how they could reach out to the victims. Here are a few options to help immediately:

Help a Mother Out is gathering donations and items to help families who just lost everything. Here is a list of items that they are collecting and can be of use right away:

* Diapers and Pull Ups (all sizes)
* New underwear (children, women, men)
* New travel toiletries
* Baby formula
* Clean towels
* Feminine hygiene products
* Gently used, freshly laundered children’s clothing (ages 0-5 especially). Please ONLY donate clothing items that you would use personally for yourself or your family. No stains or rips, please.
